Y20 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms of use for the y20 platform, which are binding on all users who register for and use our services. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using any part of the platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y20 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and y20 ("Platform"). Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you:
- Registering a new account with y20.
- Log in to your existing account.
- Making any deposit or placing a bet on the platform.
- Using any feature or service provided by y20.
The y20 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to register and hold only one active account on y20. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate and up to date. y20 reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification purposes at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your login credentials will be treated as your own actions. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify y20 immediately by email at [email protected].
Y20 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Anyone claiming to be a y20 representative and requesting your login credentials should be reported to our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a y20 user, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, ethical and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited on the y20 platform:
- Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security of y20's systems.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers in any unauthorised manner or in violation of the stated terms and conditions.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering.
- Spreading false or misleading information about y20 to third parties.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any existing balance, and legal action where warranted. y20 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the y20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). y20 accepts a range of approved payment methods for Malaysian users, including local online banking and approved digital wallets.
The minimum deposit on y20 is RM20 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms. All deposits are processed promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the policies of the relevant financial institution.
To withdraw funds, users must submit a request through the designated method on the platform. y20 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawal processing times are between one and five business days.
Y20 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers in connection with transactions made on the platform. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and charges before proceeding with any transaction.
Any activity suspected to involve financial fraud, unauthorised use of credit cards or bank accounts, or attempts to manipulate the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be closed immediately.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability: y20 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranty that services will be available at all times without interruption. y20 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming.
Y20's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the active deposit balance held in the user's account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, software, trade names and other materials on the y20 platform are the exclusive property of y20 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links: The y20 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. y20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Account Policy, Amendments and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure: y20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed at the user's request, any valid balance will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
Amendments to Terms: y20 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official y20 website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the y20 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
